Honey Jasmine,

MS Support contacted me via teams also I had a phone call with them and shared my screen.

They fully sympathise and enlightened of my effect tomorrow they will get back to me.

They are as well checking from the back end.

I literally locked myself out situation and kind of complicated unfortunately fifty-fifty the site admin cannot unlock my account it is similar 'I cut all the wires' from my account.

I will keep yous posted about the progress too cheers for existence helpful it means a lot to me!
